Artist Simon Clarke has produced a quirky range of artwork featuring rounded, fluffy sheep and colourful cobbled streets — and we think they capture the spirit of olde Yorkshire perfectly. We're thrilled to have them on display here at the gallery in the heart of the historic city.
Smugglers B'aa was inspired by a recent trip to Yorkshire and features the iconic harbour village of Robin Hood's Bay — with its steep cobbled streets, dramatic coastal scenery, and rich history as an 18th-century smuggling hotspot.
We stock three size formats: box canvas prints in two sizes, and canvas on board framed without glass in a vintage-effect, distressed black and soft gold frame with a scoop-shaped profile. The canvas on board is also available unframed.
Please note — framed prints ship directly from Ocean Publishing and take 7–10 working days, as orders are framed on demand. If you need a framed print sooner, please call the gallery on 01904 655707 or email us and we can send from gallery stock, subject to availability.
We can ship internationally (except to the EU and Northern Ireland) — please contact the gallery for a shipping quote.
Smugglers B'aa has an image size of 55x55cm framed, with an external frame size of 67x67cm, and is available as 25x25cm (mini) or 50x50cm on canvas. All sizes are approximate.
We also have a 30x30cm mounted miniature print on paper of Smugglers B'aa.
