Smugglers B’aa – Simon Clarke
Simon Clarke’s rounded, fluffy sheep bring a delightfully woolly twist to Robin Hood’s Bay in Smugglers B’aa. Inspired by a trip to Yorkshire, this characterful scene draws on the harbour village’s steep cobbled streets, dramatic coastal scenery and rich history as an 18th-century smuggling hotspot.
It’s a charming meeting of coastal adventure, local history and Simon’s gentle humour. His colourful streets and unmistakable sheep capture something of the spirit of olde Yorkshire, making this a lovely piece for anyone with a fondness for the Yorkshire coast.
