Amanda tells us her inspiration comes from her love of books, many of which are personal favourites, and her love of striped tights and big boots.
She has created this wonderful image by incorporating the spines of some classic childhood reads such as Pippi Longstocking, The Growing Pains of Adrian Mole, Anne of Green Gables, Oliver Twist, Matilda and The World of Pooh.
Set against a mustard yellow background, we see our reader sitting atop a pile of books reading a copy of The Chronicals of Narnia. She is wearing a frilly pink skirt, striped tights and trainers.
