We recently had to move a huge plan chest - one of the drawers in the chest has been stuck for about 20 years.... We were really excited to rediscover some old favourites which had been trapped in the drawer since they arrived from the publisher!
This is Midsummer Bay, by the late John Miller (1931-2002).
The photo is taken through cellophane wrapping - I hadn't realised we didn't have stock images before I wrapped them; Oops!
John painted stunning contemporary beach scenes in vibrant tones of blue, working from his studio Cornwall.
