Fundraising result — Winter 2022: The raffle for Sam Toft's Time to Make Memories Remarque Edition One has ended. Congratulations to Lucy from Colne, who was the winner. The raffle raised £1,570 for PAPYRUS. At 31st December 2022, the wider gallery PAPYRUS fundraiser stood at £2,772. This fundraiser is now closed. No further entries or donations are available through this listing.

Sam Toft generously sent us four very special remarqued limited editions of this artwork for our charity fundraiser. Each print has original illustrations hand-drawn by Sam in the white area beneath the title. The edition comprises eight prints plus two artist's proofs, and the remarques on each are completely different, making every piece unique.
The original artwork was sold through the Canvas for the Mac charity auction. We were later thrilled to have the original available in the gallery, with a further 10% of the proceeds going to our PAPYRUS fundraiser.
Time to Make Memories has an image size of 40 × 50cm, with remarques drawn in the white area. The print was double mounted and could be shipped to the raffle winner anywhere in the world.
Edition Two was mounted and framed in a wide distressed black frame, with profits after VAT donated to PAPYRUS. Editions Three and Four were mounted editions, with profits after VAT donated to PAPYRUS. These editions are now sold and are recorded here as part of the fundraiser's history.
PAPYRUS was dedicated to the prevention of suicide in young people. The charity had a special significance for us, as we lost Jake Braithwaite, son of Anne and Mark, the gallery owners, to suicide in 2018, aged just 20. Its fundraising pages are no longer publicly visible, so we are preserving this listing as part of the gallery's fundraising history.
Final raffle amount: £1,570. Previous fundraisers for mental health charity Mind raised £5,825. Huge thanks to everyone involved.

Final PAPYRUS JustGiving record: Our PAPYRUS fundraising projects raised a final total of £18,984, which was donated via JustGiving. PAPYRUS entered administration in September 2026, and its fundraising pages are no longer publicly visible. We were deeply disappointed because PAPYRUS provided a vital resource for young people at risk of suicide. This screenshot preserves the final total and the history of the fundraisers that made it possible.
