A delightfully nostalgic literary themed book cover art print from Amanda's Girls on Books series. Amanda has created this wonderful image by incorporating the spines of a selection of well-known and classic books which have been enjoyed for decades by children and young adults. Authors and titles include The Chronicals of Narnia, James and the Giant Peach, Pippi Longstocking, Milly Molly Mandy, The Famous Five and Lewis Carroll’s Adventures through the Looking Glass.
The image shows our reader sitting atop a pile of books engrossed in her favourite tale by Dr Seuss. We can see her only from the waist down, wearing a red and white striped skirt over blue and white stripey tights and red boots, their laces hanging loose.
Featuring a powder blue background, this print pairs beautifully with another of Amanda's Book series titled Pretty in Pink.
