Winter in Dentdale, a mounted limited edition print from artist Terry Logan. A delightful scene of sheep grazing in a snow covered Yorkshire Dales landscape. A farmhouse nestles beside a dry stone wall as the sun rises over the misty valley.
Terry's mastery of his gentle watercolour palette creates landscapes full of nostalgic atmosphere.
We recently had to move a huge plan chest - one of the drawers in the chest has been stuck for about 20 years.... We were really excited to rediscover some old favourites which had been trapped in the drawer since they arrived from the publisher!
Terry is also a well known photographer, who famously photographed the original Rylstone Womens Institute Calendar Girls (one of whom is his wife Lynda) for the calendar which raised an amazing sum for charity Blood Cancer UK. Their story inspired a blockbuster film of the same name.
