A rickety wooden gate set within a dry stone wall draws us into this delightful image. Gary’s distinctive quirky houses sit on the brightly coloured curves of the hilltops, one supported by a stilt to accommodate the steepest slope. The trees are completely bare of leaves and the wintry evening sky is gently lit by the pale full moon.
This original painting is signed by the artist and is presented in a wide white frame.
