A delightfully nostalgic literary themed children’s book cover art print from Amanda's Girls on Books series. Amanda has created this wonderful image by incorporating the spines of a large selection of well-known and classic titles which have been enjoyed for decades by children and young adults. Authors and series include Lewis Carroll, Enid Blyton, Dr Seuss, Pippi Longstocking, Anne of Green Gables, Narnia, Roald Dahl, Swallows and Amazons and Winnie the Pooh.
Featuring a taupe background, this image shows our reader sitting atop a pile of books engrossed in a copy of Dr Seuss. All we can see of her is her frilly white skirt, red and pink striped tights, frilly socks and red boots.
