A charming limited edition on paper from artist Anthony Marn.
Anthony's work has a vintage feel reminiscent of the charm of Beatrix Potter's wildlife sketches. In 'Let's Wait 'Til They're Asleep' a family of hungry little mice investigate a tin of Cadbury's Chocolate Biscuits. Do you think they can find a way in?
Anthony was born in Manchester in 1963. He now lives with his family on the edge of the Pennines in the North of England.
He works exclusively in oils, which gives him the freedom to explore use of light and colour. He has been painting for the best part of 25 years, and has had several successful one man exhibitions. His work recently featured on television, on the BBC's hit show, 'Show Me The Monet.'
Let's Wait 'Til They're Asleep' is published as a limited edition of just 45 prints on paper, each signed, numbered and titled by the artist.
Image size approximately 22x22cm mounted in black to fit a standard metric 40x40cm size.
