Betty's Travels 37: Chapter and Verse by Mark Braithwaite
Chapter House Street, behind York Minster
In this picture, Betty (a younger incarnation of dear Betty) and her faithful companion Toffee the corgi, take a stroll along the wobbly cobbles of Chapter House Street near Treasurers House, behind York Minster. Gerald the Bengal cat strolls off in disgust towards Grey's Court. Gerald was rather famous and has his own Instagram page!
Betty's Travels introduces Betty, who likes sightseeing with her friends. She tours the land, bringing a little colour to brighten the day, blissfully unaware of the attention she attracts as she gets mistaken for another, more famous Betty....
