Delivery
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt. Please check your junk folder if your order confirmation has not arrived!
All completed orders will be well packaged and dispatched within seven days - small parcels via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, and larger parcels will ship via a courier parcel service. If any delay in despatch occurs you will be notified immediately. For current shipping rates, see below.
An insured delivery option via APC-overnight.com courier is now available to UK mainland destinations (excludes Highlands and Islands).
If you prefer a priority service, please indicate this when placing your order and we will confirm a shipping price. Priority services can be tracked using our courier's or Royal Mail's "Track and Trace" delivery system. We recommend a priority service for Limited Editions and expensive items which are often irreplaceable.
Please advise us if you do not receive your delivery within 14 days of placing your order and we will pursue a claim with the Post Office/ courier. Overseas orders please allow 28 days.
Please note - orders placed between Christmas and New Year will take longer to dispatch.
Shipping Rates to UK Destinations (excluding Northern Ireland)
Shipping via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 is our standard shipping method:
Shipping is complimentary on orders of unframed prints over £175.
Shipping Rates below £175 are as below:
- £6 flat rate delivery for orders up to £50
- £10 flat rate delivery for orders up to £175
FRAMED PRINTS can be shipped to UK mainland destinations via courier - please check for service availability.
CANVAS PRINTS on STRETCHERS can only be shipped to UK addresses; for international destinations, due to size restrictions, canvases can only be shipped without the stretcher bars.
Shipping Rates to Overseas
EU orders:
Sadly due to the 2024 GPSR regulations we can no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland, as we do not have an office in the EU.
We are looking for a solution to this disappointing situation.
Non EU orders:
Order Value up to £50 shipping cost £25
Order Value £50 to £100 shipping cost £35
Order Value over £100 shipping cost £55
Rest of World orders:
Order Value up to £50 shipping cost £30
Order Value £50 to £100 shipping cost £40
Order Value over £100 shipping cost £60
Our website currently calculates a flat rate international shipping price based on the value of your order, however we are happy for you to call for a quote to see if we can calculate a better price for your order once we know the destination and size of your parcel.
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are incurred when the parcel reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
