Painted on a stretched canvas, using acrylic paint applied with a pallet knife to create a wonderful texture, Amanda mixes her own colour palette to create a vintage feel.
Amanda tells us her inspiration comes from her love of books, many of which are personal favourites, and her love of striped tights and big boots!
Amanda normally paints her artwork on 6ft canvases, this one painted half size especially for our gallery.
