The tumble of village houses and buildings adds to the sense of the storm about to hit this otherwise friendly welcoming village. Each of the buildings is a reproduction of those you would find if visiting this part of the English seaside. It also alludes to the precarious position it holds, in the South Westerly corner of England, often touched by the Atlantic swell.
