With a subject matter close to Kerry’s heart this beautiful image is full of energy and life.
This joyful celebration combines two of Kerry’s pastimes; art and gardening and her enthusiasm for both shines through. Its easy to imagine being part of this lovely community of growers and planters.
There’s some creative liberty with the plants that are growing here as the artist has included many of her favourites from across the seasons and you can feel the warmth of a sunny summer’s day in the vibrancy of the green and blue which borders the image.
The original painting completed in acrylics on canvas from which this high quality print has been taken, includes the tiniest of details and these have been reproduced beautifully. A true homage to the gardening world.
