The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between The Braithwaite Gallery and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected by the Terms of Business on this page.
We endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days. We will advise you of how long it will take to resolve the complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.
What information do we collect & why
