Sam's originals are rarely offered for sale, so when we were asked by the current owner to sell the painting, we jumped at the chance!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original was purchased back in 2004 directly from Sam herself. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original frame was rather distressed and the cream core mount had aged badly, so we have replaced with an acid free mount and reframed in a wide distressed black frame. As Sam had titled the original mount, we have attached the hand written title from the old mount onto the back of the new frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen took the artwork out of its original frame to get a closer look we were thrilled to find a little pencil working sketch on the reverse, dated August 2004, which hasn't been seen for 20 years. How exciting!
